Terms and conditions
The basic condition is that you have to be 18 years or older to shop with us. Invoice is only available for costumers in Sweden. For further details, please read below and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

For costumers living in Sweden we can offer 3 ways to make your payment, by invoice, credit card (Visa- or Mastercard) or prepayment directly to our account. Unfortunatly we can't offer costumers outside Sweden the invoice option. And please note that invoice payment never can be used when the shipping address is different from your billing address.
The invoice will be packed with your goods and you have a 14 day credit. Your invoice- and billing address must both be the same as your (nationally) registered address. And as written above you have to live in Sweden.
Payment by card
We accept VISA and Mastercard, and all payments are handled by Dibs. We have no direct access to your card information.
If you choose prepayment we will immetiadly pack your order, but send it once we receive the payment to our account. That usually takes a couple of days, so don't choose this option if you're in a hurry! If the payment is made within Sweden use bank giro service: 5721-4256. If you make a payment from another country, see details below. If we haven't received your payment within 3 days. your order will be cancelled.
Please make sure you use your ordernumber as reference on the payment!
Orderhantering och Leveranser
We use Posten for all our shipments. That means small shipments will be delivered in your mailbox and larger packages will be delivered to your nearest postal office. You might need to identify yourself when fetching your order. We normally pack and send your order within 1-2 weekdays.
We are a small company and all orders are handled in our shop. We update our webshop continuosly, so what's on the webshop should also be in stock. However mistakes do happen, and in case there's any problems at all with your order we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.
The freight within Sweden is always SEK 49. For other countries within EU it's SEK 199/€ 20 and outside EU it's SEK 249/€ 25. We will charge SEK 200/€20 if you don't pick up your order, to cover our costs.
Returns when you regret your order
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days as long as the goods are unopened and unused. Contact us before returning any goods, with your order number, so we know it's on it's way, and make sure you pack it properly. Please note that you are responsible for the return, including costs and the risk of losing or damaging the good.
Returns of defective goods
If the product is broken at delivery or doesn't work properly, please contact us immediatly. When returning damaged or defectived goods we will, of course, pay the freight costs, but it is still your responsibility to make sure it is properly packed. Always contact us before returning any goods and please be ready to describe exactly what's wrong with the product. In relevant cases it is very helpful if you can email a picture.

- Contact us by email or phone and tell us what you are returning and why. Always use your name and ordernumber!
- Wait for our reply, we usually reply to emails within 24 hours.
- Pack the goods properly. Preferrably in the same packing you received it in.
- Attach the following information: ordernumber, name and account number (if needed).
- Send it to the address below. (Reclaims: Please remember that we can't compensate your expenses without a receipt.)
